Kitajima is a legend. I bet Rickard is sick of him by now - but i still want Kita to go to london and win the 100 and 200 3 times in a row at the olympics. would be amazing!!! i doubt it has ever been done before!
Unfortunately, he didn't. I'm pretty sure it's the 1500m you're talking about, and he got beat by Ous Mellouli from Tunisa. It was a bummer not seeing him touch first, because he was only about 1 second behind him :-(
